Overland Belt Conveyor

In recent years, the demand for higher capacity, longer runs and energy efficiency has led to the installation of overland conveyor system for continuous transporting of dry bulk material over several kilometers.

Compared with truck transportation and train transportation, the cost for per ton-km is much less, moreover, it is also an environment friendly solution and suitable for complicated topography and working conditions.

The general lay-out of long-distance curved belt conveyor contains both horizontal and vertical curves, it is flexible and adaptable to variety o complicated rugged terrain over the mountain,river, etc.

We have successfully designed more than 40 sets of curved belt conveyors, among them there are belt conveyors with min. radii 120m, max. turning angle of 47.7°and 10 turnings in one single conveyor.
